Rates for 2026/2027

Mid Season - US$550/night (4 night min stay)

02/09/26 - 12/11/26

 

High Season  - US$600/night (5 night min stay)

26/11/26 - 30/11/26

18/12/26 - 03/01/27​

Additional Charges - Check-out clean - $300.

 

Any bank charges incurred are payable by the renter.  

Please also note daily rates may differ due to fluctuations, please check either on Vrbo or on Airbnb. 

 

Please note mid-stay cleans can be arranged with our managment team at an extra cost as can a variety of other iconcierge services, please just ask.

Check-in is 4 pm and Check-out 10am (this can be flexible, if possible with prior notification). 

 

Our cancellation policy:  100% if cancelled 60 days or more before check-in date, 50% if 30 to 59 days and no refund if 29 days or less.
